Yes it is susceptible to scratching

Yes we are more than happy to combine the ashes of loved ones.

All ashes received are treated with the upmost respect and great care is taken with each order. We only work on one order at a time so you can be assured that there’s no possible chance of ashes getting mixed together. All ashes and documents are stored together and individually marked with the order name and number.

Yes, they will be returned to you with your completed order.

It may be advisable to keep a small amount of the ashes in case they get lost in the post, or the finished jewellery gets lost or damaged. You may also want to order more pieces for other family members.

Ideally fingers should be sized properly by a professional jeweller using a ring sizer if your measuring at home here are some tips.

Measure your ring size more than once, at different times of day and ideally on both cold and warm days. Measure up to 3 to 4 more times for accuracy. If the ring falls between two sizes, order the larger size. Rings with wider bands will fit a bit tighter.

Finger size can change with, temperature, time of day and for various other reasons.
You will want a ring size that will fit whether your hands are hot or cold. For this reason we recommend that you measure your finger size more than once, ideally at different times of day and ideally on both cold and warm days.

The ring should fit your finger comfortably: snug enough so it won’t fall off, but loose enough to slide over your knuckle with relative ease. When the knuckle is bigger than the base of the finger, measure both places and pick a size in between the two.

The difference from one whole ring size to the next is only 2-3mm in the circumference of the inner part of the band.

The wider the ring, the tighter it will fit on a finger. If you’re between sizes, round up. If you have large knuckles, you may need to go up a size. It’s also good to keep in mind that finger size fluctuates slightly based on diet, temperature and activity. The way your ring fits may change slightly over the course of a single day.

Rings cannot be re-sized once made due to the high heat involved. Please make sure you know your correct size before ordering. No responsibility will be taken for ordering the incorrect size

Keepsake Urns

This is a very small urn used to keep a token amount of cremains ashes. This is ideal if the ashes need to be scattered far from home or in another country as it allows a small amount to be close.

The cavity holds approximately a quarter of a teaspoon to one teaspoon- dependant on the size. How do I fill my keepsake jewellery? The keepsake jewellery will come with a presentation box, funnel and instructions to fill your jewellery. There will be a screw top or plug in the back or bottom to enable access. If you do not feel comfortable filling your own jewellery, a funeral director may be able to help you.

Once the plug is in the contents should be secure. you may wish  to add a small amount of super glue or epoxy resin for extra peace of mind.

Although the pendant will be somewhat waterproof, we do not recommend wearing it in the swimming pool or in the shower.

Machine engraved personalised Gifts

Please, check your spelling, dates and grammar before adding your gift to the shopping basket as any mistakes made cannot be rectified once the order has been processed. How it appears here will be how it appears on the product, including spacing and punctuation. Please do not include accents and special symbols as some of our processes will not allow this. This includes accents above and below the alphabetical or numerical text.

Please refrain from using all capitals in your personalised message. If the message is all in capitals you will find the personalisation extremely difficult to understand and may even result in personalisation being missed off the product.

Please note that the colour of the product you receive may not match the colour as displayed on your computer monitor.

For most items, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving the goods. However this does not apply to personalised or customised items made specifically for you. However we will except returns under the following circumstances

  • If the name or message doesn’t appear as stated on the order.
  • It is faulty.
  • The product delivered does not match the order.

The layout will depend on the number of prints and the amount of text that is to be engraved. We will engrave the gift to give you the best possible result and the best fit. You may find that this may differ from the photographs shown on the website.

Jewellery Care

You can remove light tarnishing by using a gentle washing up liquid and warm water. Carefully brush with a soft bristle brush, such as an old toothbrush. After brushing, simply rinse with lukewarm water and allow to dry. Do not brush over your fingerprint as this may damage your print.

Alternatively polish with a silver polish or a silver cloth. Try to avoid the print as may cause damage. Avoid using dipping silver as this could damage the print and remove any antiquing effects.

Individually wrap each charm and keep away from other pieces of jewellery to prevent rubbing.

To ensure you get the best from your jewellery and to keep it looking its best, please follow these simple guidelines.
Resin looks similar to glass and treated with care it will stay looking beautiful for many years to come.

Avoid the jewellery coming into contact with harsh chemicals, cleaning products, also lotions, body sprays, perfume, hair spray, nail polish remover, sanitisers, or make up, as this may soften, damage the resin or cause it to break down completely.

Please avoid swimming whilst wearing your jewellery, chlorine can permanently damage or discolour it. Remove before using the shower, bathing, swimming or cleaning, etc resin isn’t waterproof.

Remove when sunbathing and keep the resin away from extreme heat as this may cause the resin surface to soften and distort if exposed for prolonged periods.
Keep your jewellery out of direct sunlight. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause the resin to discolour and soften.
Smoking, if your piece is in regular contact with smoke it will usually yellow.
Remove rings before wearing protective or rubber gloves as some have a coating which can dull the surface shine of the jewellery.
Try to avoid bumping and scratching or sleeping in your resin jewellery.

Silver will naturally oxidise over time, use a polishing cloth to keep it clean avoiding the resin, do not use any abrasives. When using a silver polish please do not rub the resin surface or submerge the jewellery in a silver solution as this may cause damage.
Store your jewellery in a box, in an area with low humidity to reduce tarnishing. Individually wrap and keep away from other pieces of jewellery to prevent rubbing and scratching.
